He currently serves as an independent director and audit and compensation member at Castle Biosciences (Nasdaq: CSTL) and holds independent directorships at Eisai Pharmaceuticals (U.S), Moleculera Biosciences, Orchard Software, and General Genomics. Rod is also a venture partner at 2Flo Ventures. Previously, he spent over two decades at Roche Diagnostics, culminating in roles like SVP, Head of Strategy & Transformation and Chief of Staff to the CEO.
